Cancellation Policy
Easily cancel or re-book your appointment online up to 12HRS in advance with no cancellation fees.
Deposits are transferable.
CANCELATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY:
Appointments not canceled or rescheduled within 12HRS of appointment time will be charged 50% of appointment cost + 3.5% processing fee.
Deposits will be applied towards total cancellation fee.
A new deposits will need to be made in order to re-book.
LATE POLICY:
Out of respect for all clients, a 15 minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late, please contact me 15 min prior to the start time of your appointment so we can discuss the new arrival time. I will always do my best to accommodate you.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes into the start of the appointment without contacting me, the appointment will be canceled.
50% of service cost will be charged to include deposit.
